Bail Extended for TikToker 119 in Malicious Communication Case

TikToker Milton Wray, known as 119, had his bail extended while facing charges of malicious communication about a St. Catherine woman. His court appearance was postponed due to an incomplete file, and he appeared without legal representation, firmly denying the allegations.
TikTok personality Milton Wray, better known as TikToker 119, had his bail extended on May 12, 2025, during a court appearance in the St Catherine Parish Court. He faces serious charges of malicious communication concerning social media interactions with a woman from St Catherine. This situation unfolded when the court decided to postpone hearings, largely due to the absence of essential documentation in the case file.
During this appearance, Wray, noticeably without legal representation, expressed frustration over his attorney’s sudden unavailability. “I have an attorney. He told me that he would have made himself available, but, at the last minute, he said that he would not be available,” Wray informed the court. Despite not having legal counsel, he firmly denied the allegations against him.
The charges stem from incidents allegedly involving Wray and the complainant on March 22, after they attended an entertainment event together. Following the event, Wray purportedly invited the woman to his home, which she declined. On March 29, he allegedly warned her about causing her disgrace, leading to further troubling charges.
According to court records, on March 30, Wray posted the woman’s picture on social media, accompanied by defamatory remarks. This prompted her to file a report with the local authorities, which initiated an investigation spearheaded by the Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch. Consequently, Wray was charged with malicious communication and granted bail set at $400,000 with a surety.
Judge Janelle Nelson-Gayle has scheduled the next court date for Wray on Friday as the legal proceedings continue to unfold in this notable case.
TikToker Milton Wray’s court appearance highlighted serious allegations involving malicious communication stemming from social media interactions.
