This incident transpired on Thursday at approximately 2:00 p.m. when Mr. Danbaka and his family ventured into a wooded area along the Gabi-Alawa Road in Ringa District for mango picking.
Reports indicate that while the family was returning home, they encountered armed individuals who abducted Mr. Danbaka. The gunmen subsequently released his family members with a harrowing ultimatum, instructing them to return later to collect his corpse. Security analyst Zagazola Makama relayed this disturbing information through a post on X.
Upon receiving information about the incident at around 8:20 p.m., security personnel and local vigilantes commenced a search and rescue operation. Unfortunately, by the morning of the following day, specifically at 11:00 a.m., authorities found Mr. Danbaka’s lifeless body at the location of the abduction.
