VinFast has partnered with DHL to enhance spare parts distribution in Europe, facilitating logistics management through DHL’s facility in the Netherlands. VinFast, Vietnam’s electric vehicle manufacturer, has formed a partnership with DHL to enhance the efficiency of its spare parts distribution in Europe. Announced on Monday, the collaboration allows DHL to manage logistics for VinFast, including storage and distribution, at its facility in Holtum, the Netherlands. This includes packaging, importation, and delivery, with urgent deliveries available within 24 hours.
Le Thi Thu Trang, CEO of VinFast Europe, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting that DHL’s involvement will improve challenges common to many automakers, and ultimately enhance consumer service. She emphasized the goal of optimizing the spare parts supply chain through this comprehensive solution.
Etienne Kennis, DHL’s business development manager for the Benelux region, affirmed the logistics firm’s commitment and readiness to support VinFast’s European ambitions by providing efficient warehouse and transport solutions. DHL’s global capabilities are pivotal in helping VinFast establish a solid presence in the European market.
In addition to the primary logistics operations in Holtum, DHL will also store components for the VinFast VF 6 and VF 8 models in the Czech Republic, ensuring timely support for dealers in France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
