Revolt Motors Expands into Nepal with Plans for 15 Showrooms

Revolt Motors has announced its entry into Nepal, planning to open its first showroom in Kathmandu next month and develop fifteen showrooms across major cities over the next few months. The initiative follows their successful expansion into Sri Lanka and represents a commitment to sustainable mobility, as echoed by leaders from both companies involved in the venture.
Revolt Motors, a prominent electric motorcycle manufacturer from India, has announced its entry into the Nepalese market with the opening of its first showroom in Kathmandu scheduled for next month. In collaboration with Nepal’s MV Dugar Group, the company aims to establish a total of fifteen showrooms in major cities across Nepal within a span of three to four months.
The flagship store in Kathmandu is set to open in April 2025 and will feature Revolt’s entire product lineup, which includes models such as the RV400, RV400 BRZ, RV1, RV1+, and the latest RV BlazeX. Additionally, the showrooms will offer accessories, merchandise, and after-sales services to enhance the customer experience.
Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, Revolt’s parent company, highlighted Nepal’s importance as a strategic market due to its commitment to clean energy and the rising demand for sustainable mobility solutions. She also noted plans for further expansion into other regions, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of Dugar Brothers & Sons, endorsed the initiative, expressing confidence in the acceptance of Revolt’s electric motorcycles among Nepalese consumers, particularly as awareness grows regarding eco-friendly transportation options.
This expansion into Nepal follows Revolt’s successful launch in Sri Lanka. The company intends to introduce promotional offers to incentivize the adoption of electric motorcycles and will ensure thorough training for dealership staff to support this initiative.
In summary, Revolt Motors is making significant strides in its international expansion by entering the Nepalese market, fueled by a partnership with MV Dugar Group. The establishment of fifteen showrooms within months reflects a strategic move to address the increasing demand for sustainable transportation. With a strong product lineup and promotional strategies, Revolt is poised to resonate with environmentally-conscious consumers in Nepal.
