This was highlighted by Andriy Yusov from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
Yusov confirmed that the collaboration encompasses the supply of forces, including manpower, and specifically mentioned that North Korean military personnel have not been observed in other operational sectors aside from Kursk. He emphasized that the activity of units containing DPRK soldiers continues unabated, clarifying that they are engaged in mixed units rather than separate formations.

Moreover, Volodymyr Artyukh, head of the Sumy regional military administration, reported that there are currently no Russian troops in the Sumy region, as all infiltration attempts from Kursk have been thwarted by Ukrainian forces.
