Nepal reported twin mild earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.1 and 4.0 on Saturday morning. Both tremors occurred in separate locations, with no casualties or damage reported.

On Saturday morning, Nepal experienced twin tremors of mild intensity in separate locations, as reported by the earthquake measuring center. Fortunately, there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties resulting from these earthquakes.

The first tremor, measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale, struck Baglung district at 6:20 a.m., approximately 300 kilometers from Kathmandu. The National Earthquake Monitoring Centre confirmed the epicenter was located in the Khukhani area of Baglung.

Prior to this, an earthquake with a 4.0 magnitude was recorded in Myagdi district at 3:14 a.m., situated roughly 40 kilometers from Baglung. The epicenter of this tremor was identified as being in the Muri area of Myagdi district.

In summary, Nepal experienced two mild earthquakes on Saturday morning with magnitudes of 4.1 and 4.0, respectively. Reports confirm that there were no casualties or damage associated with these tremors, highlighting a fortunate outcome given the region’s susceptibility to seismic activity.
